How to do it yourself: Go to your computer’s Start menu and either go to “run” or just search for “cmd.” Open it up and type in “ping [website address],”

If SOPA is passed you can use Tor to bypass internet censorship and browse online anonymously. I will make an “onion site” (which can only be accessed through Tor) if internet censorship becomes legal. You can download Tor here.
